Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information.
Delivery Times
- UK Warehouse items: typically arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch.
- International warehouse items: typically arrive within 7-15 business days of dispatch, depending on customs processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays outside of our control. Each product page notes its shipping origin so you know what to expect before you order.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you.
Multiple Items If your order contains items shipping from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times.
